RecommendedI love Plato’s! We find tons of things there, the staff are great, and they always buy the items we are selling.
I honestly don’t know what they do and don’t buy. They have a list of brands on their website but it wasn’t very helpful. Half the clothes in the store are out of style or basic. For the stuff they have in the store it always shocks me when they don’t buy anything I bring in. If they don’t have the room to buy anything or don’t buy out of season items they should say so. It’s a big waste of time and gas to go there and get little to nothing back. They may want to be more specific as far as what they will buy.
Horrible customer service! Racist employees!!
A Facebook friend of mine just shared a horrible experience that she had. She explained that she experienced racism and the cops were called. I will never shop here again.
With posts going viral about a black patron experiencing blatant racism, this store needs a new crew or just to close all together. I feel a boycott coming!!
This place lies on people and the employees are obviously racist.
Absolutely disgusting that a clothing store would allow its employees to completely compromise the safety of black patrons. Unless Plato’s takes immediate action to make this wrong right with the people they’ve harmed, I will not patronize this business again and will make sure no one I know does.
