Employees are very nice! But their buying process is not. It doesn’t seem very organized with the ways they sort through the clothes and what they decide to keep and sell. I have tried many times to sell my clothes here in hopes to get rid of them and just never have a good experience with it. All of my clothes are and continue to be very popular name brand and trendy pieces and yet they still don’t take them. Or they offer a horrible price. Whenever I am in Brookfield and I’m coming to Plato’s Closet, I have the best experience. Kristin and Brittany are absolutely amazing. I’m always greeted when I come in by name and I didn’t even know they knew my name and I think that is just such a refreshing feeling to come in the store and they know who I am they’re very professional and I just love the whole atmosphere of the store. I always look forward to coming to the store to see their beautiful smiles.

I bought a ton of shoes today and had such a great experience. Two wonderful employees helped me from start to finish and were incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. We even made yes, no, and maybe piles while deciding, and went back through the no’s one last time to make sure I didn’t miss anything. They made the entire experience so fun and enjoyable. Amazing customer service, and I truly appreciated their patience and willingness to help! Thank you so much!!! ✨🤍
