I've bought and sold $1000s of dollars here.Been here frequently throughout the years buying for myself and others. I just brought in clothes today and was told I am no longer allowed to do business here because I own a clothing store in another state and am told I am a competitor. Your loss, really.
I brought in 3 totes full of name brand clothes worth over $500 retail price on June 28th. I picked up 2 totes, 1 full of shoes and 1 full of clothes that a lady brought out for me. I thanked her and had received a call on June 30th stating one tote was left behind. My daughter brought 3 totes of clothes and shoes. They returned 1 full tote of clothes and one of shoes on June 28.On June 30 they called her and left a voicemail that she must have forgotten a tote, left behind. She was only given two totes. She was out of town, returned today and called to pick up the tote. There selection of clothes, shoes and handbags is amazing! The store smells nice, is clean and extremely organized! I've been to several different Platos Closet and this Wausau store is bar none!!
Just awful! I took in three bag of good stuff, like Michael Kors, Ivanka Trump And among other good high end brands. I waited an hour and a half for them to tell me they were not taking any of my items. I drive all the way from plover for that? Also the employees were very inappropriate yelling etc... one more thing, a hanger was thrown at the door while I was walking out. Never again will o come back and tell others not to either.
