If I could give this 0 stars I would! THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! I went to this store location on 6/24/18 and as soon as I walked in there was a group of staff in the corner chatting, one finally came over and rudely greeted me like I was interrupting her conversation. After a while looking around the store I went up to the counter again to ask how long it would be, another employee didn't even look at me and very rudely mumbled 10 minutes before her friend came over, interrupted me and started chatting. Very poor customer service. Management was rude, making jokes/comments about customers in the store at the front counter.
Wouldnt take any of my clothes. They were all polo shirts and button ups that were in good condition. A couple weeks prior I went to a different Plato's closet and recieved 60 dollars for similar clothes that I had moved out of my school apartment. Go to any other Plato's closet

A waste of time! I brought 1 basket in and they stated it would take about 10 mins to go through your basket so look around. I walked around and then I saw 1 of the staff take like 5 or 6 items out from the top of the basket and then quickly signed the paper that it was done. I went to the counter to check and she said they're not buying anything because everything looks too worn down and out of style and she just left. I love this store! Clothes are in great condition and they have great prices! I go to this location because they have the best stuff and they are friendly. Will defiantly be going back soon!
We went to this location today and we will not be going back. We've been to other locations and love Plato's Closet. Woodbury is not our usual store we frequent but hey we thought all stores should be about the same. Boy, were we wrong. This location is so thrown together. Nothing is organized and the store stinks. We didn't get greeted when we entered. To us it just seemed like an indoor garage sale.
