Went to Plato’s Closet today as my mum and I are spending a little time in the US from the U.K. and we thought we’d stop by for some thrifting since we have no shops like this one at home. So glad we went ad it was such a great experience! The girls are all super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I’ve never been in a shop where the customer service is so good! Thank you so much, hopefully one day we can come back again! 💜
great clothes at a great price
this store is great. not only are all of the girls that work there super sweet and respectful, they have really nice stuff that is reasonably priced. and they always buy at least some of my stuff that i bring in to sell. love this place!!

Taking them clothes to sell is a joke. I spent about 20-30 min walking around looking at clothes while I was waiting for them to go though mine. At the end, they offered to buy 3 items out of the 2 bags I brought. The girl told me the other items “don’t sell well here”. Which was interesting because 1/2 the clothes they sell are in crappy condition and not in style at all. I will not be bringing stuff there again, total waste of time!
Julianna is nothing but professional and a total sweetheart. I don’t usually shop here but when I do I make sure she’s working because she gives the most fashionable and genuine advice, A + customer service.
