Went in today with a huge bag of clothes I deemed sellable. The only reason I was getting rid of them was because I’ve outgrown them. The woman that went through my bag didn’t even look at half of the stuff in there. She took out 2 shirts and a pair of shoes. I was offered $9.50. I feel like I’ve been totally ripped off. That’s not even enough to buy the skirt I was planning to buy with the money. I’m SO SO disappointed. I was expecting to make at least $15. Please!!! Sell your items elsewhere. I had really great customer service with Daisha (hope I spelled her name right, if not I'm very sorry) tonight! She was so friendly and helped me out in many ways!! I used to go there to get rid of old clothes and sometimes shop but now I pretty much just shop there. They have everything.. all the latest styles that a guy or girl could want plus some more old school/vintage pullovers, shirts, shoes, purses.. etc. which is the best of both worlds for me!!
