Every time I come in with clothing, everything I bring in, new or hardly worn or even in style, I get turned away. Don’t tell your customers you’re looking for summer clothing, then tell me you’re not taking any of my summer clothing I’ve brought in because it’s “old” or you’re not looking for that style. I have shopped here a few times. I have found some good stuff and good prices. I have also seen many items for sale with stains and holes (very small). I have not had great experiences with selling to them. They choose items based on "dates" that don't exist. Some of the items they have bought were more than 3 years old and others they didn't want that i had recently purchased within 6 months. My experience was not the greatest. When i came in, I was not greeted, so, I spoke and said hello. However, she managed to speak to the Caucasian woman who came in after me. The pregnant woman behind the counter proceeded to take my clothes. After going through my clothes she told me they couldn’t accept anything because they weren’t brands such as Forever 21 or J. Crew. Social media posts are almost never geared towards plus size individuals. The one time I tried to go to take my clothes I was talked down to because I didn’t have the exact name brands on hand, but I still had really cute, high quality expensive clothes. Plato’s closet does not cater to all individuals
I had a less than pleasant experience here but then the manager called me and wanted to make sure they serve me better and worked out the issues I had. Much more pleased with the customer service.
Nice clothes and great prices friendly ladies and so much to pick for different occasions:) My daughter's and me all shop there:)
