Great selection without having to shop at a million stores. And the sales are awesome!
I was absolutely disgusted by the attitudes of the employees today! We were in line waiting to pay for one item. There was several cashiers standing around as one girl was ringing up a lady who had 3 carts full of clothing. She called to her co-workers saying "Hey I have a customer with just one item can I get someone to cash them out?" Another lady replied "Ha ha, okay." Rudest employees I have ever seen. No one told you to work here....customers like myself are in the store to spend $$$ which I would have thought would be the purpose of the store to sell the clothes hanging on the racks.....guess not as I’m looking at a rack an employee rudely said excuse me and leave pushed the rack away....it had clearance men’s size XL and up on it. Oh well I’ll gladly go spend my money at ReNue!!!
I brought in a whole bag of pretty much brand new American eagle jeans and shorts and Nike shirts and sweatpants waited 2 hours and got all of our stuff back and 8 dollars. I’m sorry but you guys just lost some good clothes. That’s ridiculous!!!!!!! Never will I come back here. Teenagers that went through my stuff have no idea what they were doing. They were rude and snobby !!!! I can’t explain how mad I am.
Brought 3 bags of name brand clothes and was given $9.45 for 3 non-name brand items. When I originally asked if they were buying today, the associate didn't even bother to look up and give me a verbal confirmation and nodded rudely instead. It's laughable the quality of items displayed on the racks and yet Plato's wants to turn away higher end items. Shopped there for years in college but now will never go back.
