We brought in very nice high end clothing that weren't even worn and less than 6 months old and I was told they weren't current items. The service was terrible and by the looks of the stuff they have on the racks, our items were too good for that place. Took them elsewhere where they accepted everything. We won't ever step foot in here again.

Jennifer, I am greatly sorry for your bad experience at our store. We do try to follow specific guidelines for our clothing selections. Junior sizes, casual, no significant wear and tear, styles that have been in the mall the past year and a half and styles we feel best sells in our store. Some items that may be brand new and you just purchased may just not be selling well for us right now. I hope you give Plato's another chance and we look forward to making your next experience a better one next time.
