I normally don’t do these types of reviews but I’m pretty upset. I took in 5 bags of clothing and shoes and they told me it was going to be about an hour wait, that’s fine I waited and walked around. Not even an hour later i get a text that my sell is ready and to go up to the counter. They gave me $6 dollars and I got all 5 of my bags back. I’ve sold here before and today was the worst experience ever! 4 full bags of clothes, that are still within the “two year fashion” or whatever they’d like to call it, and all turned down. Also, maybe you should switch up the way you thank people for shopping and selling to y’all, because every time I’ve sold there; it’s the same exact saying which gets real old, real quick. I took a bag full of nice clothes.. by nice I mean Nike, banana republic, Target, and other top name brands. They took one item, a target purse and said the rest of the clothes were too high end for the clientele that shop at that store. Will not ever go back again, some of the clothes still had tags on.
