Typically we buy items that have been in the retail stores within the past 12 to 18 months and are current teen and young adult styles still seen in the mall. I have never purchased from Plato’s but I do sell often. Today was the first time I had a somewhat of a bad experience. There was a misplacement with my items and although it wasn’t ideal, the girls that worked tonight did everything possible to correct the problem. Worst store ever terrible service clutter every where wait in line when no one else is even in store no hellos etc I will never come back I’ll continue to go to collierville or Cordova!
Horrible customer service at this store. The employees were very rude! And they didn't buy any of my stuff even though I had some almost new things with the tags still on. I have seen things they are selling that are in really bad shape. So they must be letting their friends get money for crappy stuff or something. I will never go back!
I just recently went into the southaven store less then 45mins ago they told me they stop accepting clothes at 6:00 because they closed at 7 i was understanding but when a woman came in behind me she put her clothes on the counter they began to service her immediately i waited in the parking lot to see if she would get turned around nope they went ahead and continued with the transaction this made me not even want to return ill just donate my clothes else where then to settle for being treated differently because of the colo... read more
I love shopping there but would never try to sell anything there bc they never take anythg name brand or popular or not. They are very picky or always full on certain things. But I absolutely love their bag sales and clearance sales!!
