Worst customer service ever. The girl who decide what to keep and what to give back has no idea what is or isnt in style, not to mention that all the employees on the night I entered the store were so lazy they would not even go through everything the person brought in to try to sell. For god sake they still had an hour and a half till close but couldn't be bothered to actually work. Who ever is doing the hiring for the southaven location should definitely reevaluate their criteria of a perfect employee for that store

I went on today to sell items. Great items with tags and items are in style. Over 30 pieces I had in the bag they only purchased 2.... such a joke because I know my pieces were very worth a sell!!!! Never again!!!!!!!

I called ahead to see how late they were accepting buys, and they told me 7. I drove all the way up here to get turned away before 7pm. Thanks Plato’s Southaven for wasting my time and gas driving up here!
I never shop but I do sell occasionally. Out of 3 bags of name brand clothes, boutique clothes, and Victoria secret bathing suites they picked out a vest. Might I add they claim to buy stuff that fits the season but the vest was a winter item. It’s a joke.
