I went in to sell some clothes and the girl told me that it would be 15 mins to look through the clothes, so I hung around while they did it. Over 30 minutes went by and there were 6 people working just standing around goofing off. 10 more minutes went by and the girl who had took my clothes, didn't even remember why I had been there or that she had even helped me, and there had been no one else in the store.

I'm not one to post reviews but this time I thought it was necessary. I went in with 3 huge bags of stuff. Almost all of it had barely been worn. After reading all the bad reviews I thought I'd donate and see if they were true. I watched them while looking through a rack of clothes as they went through my clothes. They didn't even unfold them. They just stuck them back in the bag. When I got my stuff back they told me everything was too worn when I've only worn the items maybe 2 times. Don't waste your time

I went in there with bags full of new, name brand clothing and shoes, all of which I paid good $ for at the mall. and they turned down ALL of it. They're excuse was that they didn't sell some of these brands or that they were hard sells. But when I browsed the racks I found out that they did indeed sell these brands, and some of the items weren't even in good condition. I wasn't impressed with the staff either.
Normally I would give 4 star's but my last visit wasn't great. I went in around 6pm. There where 4 people there working all talking and just standing around. Not one of them welcomed me into the store. Then I had to stand there and wait for someone to come unlock a fitting room taht never happened. NOt once did they come look for me and ask if I need help or anything. They all continued to stand there and talk.
