With no appointment needed, we buy every day and will pay you on the spot! Most of our stores buy and sell girls sizes 0/1 to 18/20 and guys sizes 28 to 40 waist, and we typically buy current styles that are still in the mall. I visited Plato’s Closet hoping to sell some of my gently worn clothing. I had about 30 pieces in total. There was an hour wait time (I came during a busy period) and they only accepted 2 items for under $5. However, I did get a 15% off coupon and bought some cute clothes at the store while waiting for them to assess my items. They’re quite selective, but overall I’m happy I went because I got some nice stuff for cheap prices. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Do not know style. Unprofessional. Too picky when let's be real...they're a Good Will ( no shade). They should feel blessed when I come in with actual designers. The employees steal half of the stuff too. SMH
Caroline reviewed my very large basket of clothes. Every item in the basket was name brand (Hollister, AE, Aero, Abercrombie, Calvin Klein, Nike, Levi's, etc...) she stated by their standard they wouldnt be able to take any of my 45+ items. Including the 3 pairs of Nike shoes, 2 of which have never been worn. All of the clothing was in far better condition than what they have on their rack. I bought a pair of leggings from Plato’s closet and they hid a hole in the leggings with a piece of paper shaped like a heart with a piece of tape over it smh
I brought in 3 handbags, one Vera Bradley, brand new, still with tags, with matching wallet and 2 Dooney & Bourke handbags, never used, excellent condition. They offered me $52 for all three!! No thank you! Dont waste your time selling anything to Platos Closet!!
Its okay and all but you can get so much more money if u sell it directly to someone. Also they will not take Homecoming or prom dresses nothing too formal which i personally think is dumb. because formal dresses are very expensive and would be perfect for girls who can not afford them.
I LOVE this store and buy all of my clothes and now my daughters clothes here too, the employees were always helpful and friendly to us too and the prices are great!! There’s sooo much clothes here and they’re all stylish brands and like new. I’ve never been in any store that I like better than Plato’s closet.
