I am very disappointed due to the fact that I have brought a lot of my cloths in there to sell and they wouldn't take any of it not even my miss me jeans
The platos closet in greeley and ft Collins takes way more stuff then ours dies there in cheyenne. I had 12 pairs of American Eagle jeans all hardly worn and they took one pair for 5.00 dollar's.

Platos closet of cheyenne has some of the worst customer service the employees are so half brained they leave people standing at the counter while customers are clearly waiting to be checked out or are waiting for a fitting room i felt a great sense of prejudice coming from the employees because of how i dress and look i will never return to this establishment and share this woth everyone
They are very unreasonable on their payout for clothes... but I guess if your a teenager in need of gas money...etc... they know your desperate! Furthermore, I have taken clothes in here that were in way better shape and style than those on the rack but they refused them... Even when I seen VERY similar clothes on their rack...

Place is a joke. I went years ago when they first opened and was very unimpressed, thought I'd give it another go, finally. Nope. No improvement. Have clothes on the rack with holes in them (and not the kind you want), but wouldn't buy my non holey clothes. They Bought the two items that were most worn and oldest, just because of the brands. Will not waste my time in there again.

I moved from Amarillo, TX and the Plato's Closet there is pretty rude, they only buy fashions for "pre-teens", and barely buy or sell size XL. I was surprised when I went to sell clothes here in Cheyenne and got over $50 back. But maybe because Cheyenne doesn't have a Gap and pretty much all I shop is Gap. Remember if you don't want them to try and sell the clothes they don't buy, ask for it back. You can always drop it by Goodwill yourself.
