We absolutely love this place! They have the cutest clothes and things ever! Priced very well!

Within the last month, I've been stopping by this store almost once a week. I walk in and I'm welcomed by smiling faces, spoke to, asked if I need help looking for any particular items, and I always make a purchase. The ladies who work there converse with me and are extremely polite. I very much so enjoy this store and plan to keep visiting as often as possible!
Some of the employees are rude and they socialize a little too much. But overall everything is great!

Was told they couldn't take some brand new, never worn clothes because of "normal wear and tear".
My daughter loves this store, and so do I very nice merchandise.
I used to be a big fan of Plato's Closet. Unfortunately, Mooresville location ruined that. They are the most judgmental, rude people I've ever encountered. I've noticed that based on you appearance is what you get paid and what clothes they take. I took 2 baskets full of unworn michael Kors. North face, American eagle, etc and they told me they couldn't take anything because of it being over worn or stained. It pissrd me off and I'll never go back again.

I really LOVED this store when it first opened, I bought a few really cute items in here, but I have been in here a bunch of times since probably around april, and every thing I pick up and look at is stained. I found a cute grey Holister t shirt, and looked at the back and it had a brown stain on it. A blue pair of jeans had a dried white stain. I thought they didnt take stained clothes? Macy, I am sorry your second experience at our store wasn't the same. Unfortunately sometimes our buyers do over look things when they are selecting items. We are doing an extensive training with all of our buyers new and old to prevent this as much as we can.
