BUYER BEWARE! On 3 different occasions I have been double charged for items. These arent accidents where the clerk accidentally scans it twice and has to remove it during the checkout. Each time I have gotten in my car and look over the reciept (because the total seems higher than I thought it was going to be) and every time there are duplicate skews on the reciept however they aren't ever next to eachother so the item would have had to be scanned then put in the scanned pile, other items are then scanned, and then the origi... read more

Rude. Rude. Rude. Was treated so rudely this afternoon. Good thing owner is selling because treating customers like I was treated is not good business.
I’ve been to several locations but Mooresville tops them all. Lots of good sales and stuff to find.
I tried on a dress Monday of this week. It had a plunging neckline, something I typically don’t wear. So, I put it back. Next day, I decided I wanted it, but I couldn’t find it. So I sent their staff a message that night asking if they could help me identify the dress so I could find it online...as it was gone from the store. Their staff was beyond amazing...they looked for that dress all day and sent me little updates throughout the day that they were on a quest to find it. My daughter and her father went there today.. granted it’s 4:51pm (9 mins to closing), the doors were unlocked and they proceeded to go in, someone from the registers told them sorry we are closed.. her father went onto say y’all close at 5 and asked the girl what time it was and then she responded with the time and said unless y’all want to shop for like 1 shirt...
They are never buying. Have made 3 trips in the past two weeks only to find a note on the door saying they are not accepting buys. Wouldn’t surprise me if this location closed since they can’t seem to cycle inventory.
