I had the best experience. The employees were kind, hardworking, and genuinely cared about their customers experience. Especially Imani I think her name is? She was awesome and helped me pick out a cool new outfit!

The staff is rude. They tear up our bags EVERY time we go there to sell clothes. I wouldn't go back there
This place is a joke. I brought in over 20 very nice shirts, 2 leather motorcycle jackets, and several pieces of great jewelry. They bought 6 pieces total.I was told my stuff was too "dressy" Their racks are filled to the point that you can't even look at the crap they did accept. I had to wait almost 2 hours to get a lousy 18.80, and the things they did buy was not even close to the stuff I had to walk out with. I basically had brand new clothes (some with tags still on them) 2-3 bags of them that I brought in to donate or whatever and you took absolutely NOTHING. They were from places like American eagle, delias, hollister, pac sun ,etc. And you said the reason you to took none was because they weren't "in enough ". Are you kidding me?? They were all in exellent condition . Needless to say i gave them to a place who was more than grateful to receive them.
