Their clothes are fine, and the prices are sometimes reasonable, but the customer service was awful. I used to shop here all the time when I was younger, and they were always so welcoming but the last few years I have gone in I have never been greeted, asked if I could be helped, I felt as though I was a burden to these people. A lot of stuff was way over priced and dirty! Was going to buy a shirt for my boyfriend, u til I noticed it had cat or dog hair on it, and they still wanted $7 bucks for it and it wasn't even name brand!
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. People who work here are rude. They look at the clothes for one second and toss them in the bin and make up excuses for not buying them. Most items in your store are trashed anyways and overpriced. And thank you for telling me that we don't take big people clothes.

Wen't in to Plato's Closet today for the first time and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the clothing. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. I was looking for some jeans, but having trouble finding the right size. Amber, one of the girls at the counter was so helpful and was able to find me a very stylish pair that fit perfectly. I was very impressed with her knowledge of retail and she was sooooo sweet and nice. I will be shopping here again. :)
I love, love this store. Most things are well priced and easy to afford. The employees are always nice and willing to help with a smile! One thing however, when selling they said that they would not take clothes with holes, rips, or stains, however; when I hot home and looked through my bag of things I just bought there was a huge stain on the side that I didn't even see when trying on. At checkout, if an employee noticed something wrong with the garmet, I would love it if they would bring it to my attention. Thanks!!

Awesome place! Got a super cute summer dress for 6 dollars! And unlike stores similar to Platos closet in my city, there are no holes! (Usually I'll find a small one or snag after I get home.. But it's perfect condition!) the service was great! And all the ladies very friendly!! :)
Got my Daughter gift cards for Christmas. The employees were really attentive and very helpful. Then took my daughter in on 1/2 to spend her gift cards. The lady's were very eager to help her. She also scored a new pair of Australian Uggs for a great price.
I don't think they deserve even one star. I have come in to sell clothes countless times and every time they have given me excuses that they cannot back up. I bring them brands they ask for: "Sorry we don't take those." I bring them clean clothes: "Sorry these are too dirty." I bring them brand new clothes: "Sorry these are too worn out." When you sell with them they deny the clothes that "isn't in season" or "not what they're looking for" but when you go through the racks there's stains and tears and lack of quality EVERYWH... read more
