I love working here and I love all my girls ❤ never a dull moment
Was told my buy would take about 25 minutes. 50 minutes later they finally we're ready for me. Very busy place and I wouldn't have minded the wait. Except you could hear two of the staff gossiping and talking personal stuff while they were putting up a display instead of helping patrons. Also saw another one snapchat. Very disappointed!!!! May have to find other places to try to sell items.
Just got my Brad Paisley concert and got my whole outfit 3 hours before!! Love this place!!
Seriously a waste of time bringing anything in! I brought an entire bag of really nice American eagle jeans and aero shirts hardly used and they ended up taking none of it! Waste of a trip for me! I would rather go to the valley one! Not to mention I got 6 bucks for my Steve Madden purse here that was 1 year old! Ridiculous you should go out of business!
Don't bother! Worst customer service! I was told 20 minutes, for my buy. After 40, I was told they were just getting it entered and to wait 5 more minutes. After 15 minutes I checked in again to be told that they were finished yet they never called me. She pulled the wrong buy and after checking with anther person it had been done for a while. No apologies for wasting over an hour. Terrible customer service! I won't be going back!

I don't like that fact that they don't do returns and can't even have signs up or tell you.. So instead I buy something then go to return it and they tell me no returns k well you're bad for not saying that before I paid for it and your bad again for only putting it on a receipt
Well, my experience with the customer service was great! I called the store and asked if they had a specific jean in a specific size. She called me right back, put them on hold and even posted the pics of them on their facebook page so i could see them before coming in. Very friendly and helpful! Now i get to go on my lunch and get in and out! Just what's needed with these busy shopping days!!!
If I could give you guys a zero I would... I go shopping here and stand by the fitting rooms with hands full and all the workers are on the counter talking and turn to see that I'm there and just ignore me completely and the older lady that works there I think manager she just plain rude really I can't stand this place I stop going here and started shopping at HUT NO.8 way better then platos closet
