It was great working with Jim and we are very pleased with our three new doors. It was a pleasure working with everyone at Platinum.
Our experience with Platinum was almost exclusively through Jim George - we immediately found him fun and easy to talk to, very knowledgeable and he entertained all our thoughts and questions— he never rushed us and offered in-person meetings, including opening his showroom to answer our more detailed questions. His support and transparency was a factor that brought Platinum into our shortlist for window/door renovations. Platinum has very reasonable and has a great line of quality products - strongly recommended
AAA experience throughout, from the no bull sales presentation, to the friendly customer service, to the professional and courteous on site team, to the perfect installation, to the timely delivery and follow up, and finally the great product and wonderful windows. I would recommend Platinum Windows to everyone and I will definitely have them replace other windows and doors in my house.
Front man Jim George did an excellent explanation. The installers were very courteous and did a great job. They cleaned up every piece of debris that were generated from the job.
