Jim George was awesome to walk me and my wife through the basics of the windows and give us options and suggestions. I also happened to capture their great sales discount. The installation was prompt and professional.

We did a retrofit install and our experience was great. The install team went above and beyond, they were very professional and clearly cared about the quality of their work, and installed all 5 windows in one day. The windows are high quality and noticeably reduce the noise from the street compared to our previous windows. We are very happy with the end result.
This is the third time I used Platinum and I am so satisfied as always. The service was impeccable and very professional. I would gladly recommend them at all times.
