Our water heater finally went out last night. Thinking there might be a delay in getting a new one, I immediately called the same company that had repaired it some years ago. Luckily, they sent someone out the same day. Brad came on time (actually called and said he could come earlier) and went to work. After a few hours, he had installed the new unit and everything looked great. Brad was courteous, friendly, and got the job done. Very happy with our experience. Thanks!
