Platinum VIP is the first body shop I have seen that is so clean and organized! I was amazed at their shop since it does not look like a body shop at all! My first impression was that this place looks like a high end car dealership or a night club. ` great work and is good with customer service, but I am disgusted with the significant differences between the estimate repair time/cost and the actual repair time/cost. I know certain things come up, but double the cost and almost three times the length of time? Horrible.
