i was worried to take a vacation with my family, including my parents, due to COVID-19, however Platinum Vacations went above and beyond to make sue the unit was clean and sanitized and that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We had a minor issue with the golf cart and within the hour, they had a replacement to us so I could get my elderly parents to the beach! They truly went above and beyond and we will definitely be using them again in the future!
Much like a previous review, I rented a house this morning for it to be cancelled just hours later. I can understand that just hours later does not seem like a big deal. However, the reservation was for 2 days from now. I had an emergency business meeting scheduled this morning and had to find a rental on very short notice. I made Thanksgiving November reservations on March 12, 2018. Today, Oct 17, even after I received email notification just yesterday that my rental balance would be charged against my credit card today to complete my remaining rental balance...Dustin ******* leaves me a voice mail message that my reservation has been cancelled with no alternative options. It regrets me terribly to have to respond to such a complaint of our Company and our top property manager Dustin ******* We would have responded sooner however; our area experienced a category 4 almost a category 5 Hurricane approx. 2 weeks ago and all of our staff has been working around the clock to help find shelter for those that lost everything in their lives.
