Bought a car from Platinum and 2 days later found it needed a new engine! Car fax report was clean. They said “we checked out this car”. When we asked for help, we were told , “Legally, we owe you nothing, and that’s what we will give you”. Awful customer service. BUYER BEWARE! Stay away from Platinum!!
You sold anybody else a defective car? Even though “your carfax” said it was good!
I would NOT buy from this dealer again. They over charged me on my taxes roughly 200.00. After repeated calls and emails still no refund. Also an employee tried to use my credit card number. 200.00 may not be a lot to some but being a single mom and attending nursing school, its put a strain on my finances. They will be reported
Made an appointment with Denise. Drove from Monroe only to be be told we could not see the car because they were putting new rotors on it. We were assured that it would be ready Saturday or Sunday and we could drive it. Received an email that they sold it. I will NEVER do business with this company again. Worst customer service ever.
We bought a replacement Suburban from this dealer. There was a wide range of vehicles to chose from and the prices were fairly marked.
Horrible experience. The Tahoe I got had a cracked windshield I didn't see at first, a crack in the grill, and a broke tire monitoring system that came on as I was on my way home. Then they changed my contract on me a couple times and tried to take some of my money. I would not recommend buying a car at this delearship.
