I have had more than enough issues in communicating with this business. Purchased a car in January 2019, refinanced in August. STILL attempting to get my GAP and service plan refunded and they REFUSE to respond to messages. Johnvi is NEVER in the office!!! I am one step away from contacting the media if my issues are not resolved.
I have had issue after issue with this place where I bought my new car in the middle of June. When I went to test drive some vehicles this one had a flat tire. They put air in it so I could test drive it. I loved the car and decided to buy it. While on the test drive the service suspension system light came on. FIRE ALL THE LIARS FROM THE TOP DOWN
They will price a car and then they will add delivery charge even with no delivery. Just shady unethical practice.,They will argue that all car dealers do it. Just not true. Only unethical cars dealers. Do as they say . Check this out with other dealers. Absolutely go to another dealer.
Advertised cars on the internet that have sold days prior. Quick to try and sell you cars thousands higher than what you want.
