Randy was super helpful and made a trailer rental experience really smooth for me. I need to rent a dump trailer for the day to do some final summer cleanup, And I had a trailer within 20 minutes. The pricing was super fair and he was very informative and helpful.
Randy and the boys did a good job installing a gooseneck hitch I had. Fair install price too.
I can't thank Randy and his shop enough for helping my family in a bind. We had multiple lug bolts shear off one of our wheels while on a trip between Buffalo and Gillette and had to be towed to town. Most shops did not have any availability, but Randy did and had us up and running promptly the following morning. He was even nice enough to save us from getting an Uber and dropped us off at a hotel. If you need any work done don't think twice about getting work done by Randy and his shop. Thanks again Randy!!
Randy is THE BEST! We had some pretty unique issues with a couple of our trailers. We brought them to Randy at Platinum and he was absolutely fantastic with helping us work out our best options. I would highly recommend Platinum and Randy to anyone with any trailer needs!!
Had some brand new headlights put in and they were fast and curdisy . I recommend people to go to platinum auto for fast service.
