Pet City Pet City is a smaller pet store located inside the Foothills Mall. While the puppies and kittens may seem to be cute, they are not treated properly, being left in too small of a space, with very little attention given to them. Because of this, most of the dogs I have seen there have been overly excited and rowdy. All of the dogs are way overpriced, because it is in a mall, from what could be found from a specific breeder.
