Currently ending our lease with them. Stayed for over a year and had nothing but issues with Michelle. She is disgustingly rude to her renters and when things come up, she acts like it’s an inconvenience to her to get them looked at and fixed. We moved from out of state and weren’t able to check the place out before moving due to jobs and stuff. Michelle and her team have been invaluable with the management of our vacation home in the years we’ve been with them. We’ve never been disappointed or letdown. We know that our guests are receiving the most care and attention and helping us to succeed at giving our guest, the utmost experience.
Michelle at Platinum Select Properties has has taken good care of our rental property!! She treats it like it is her own! We have had excellent renters that she has vetted or they are return renters who want to rent again! If there is damage she charges the renters and has the damage fixed! I would stay far away from this company. Very unprofessional and extremely rude. We rented a house from them and were treated horribly. First off filed a work order for the sliding glass doors. One would not lock and the other was extremely hard to open. Handy man came out and was unable to fix so just left them broken. Air conditioner broke and was in an attic in the closet. Had a great stay at a beautiful home booked through platinum select properties. Clean and comfortable with all the amenities we were looking for. Booking process was seamless with great customer service. No hidden fees and no surprises. Property was as advertised or better. Would definitely book future stays through platinum select properties.
