States on their website that they offer free in home consultation and to bring family members but then 1 week later they ring and demand over $200 payment for the consultation, when refused to pay they have an unknown male ring and demand payment or will take you to court. Be very wary.. Edited: i have not dealt directly with this company but my mother in law has. Thanks for all your help and advice regarding finances and Centrelink with age care assistance. I found all my dealings with you both from start to finish highly professional yet warm, caring and patient.
