Angela is has been amazing to work with she is so knowledgeable.The market has been insane lately but with her help we managed to get my house sold and buy a new one really quickly. I would definitely recommend Angela Cutter!

Angela was great to work with. From the initial walk-thru and evaluation to the closing process, Angela was quick to respond to any phone calls, emails, and text messages. She was up front and honest about the condition of our property and made sensible update/upgrade suggestions to complete prior to listing. Angela as my agent in my first house sale was a huge benefit. I really appreciated how quickly she would respond to emails or texts and I relied on her experience in making many of the decisions in the selling process. When it came time to start she was prepared and had a great plan which resulted in lots of showings and a sale for a bit over asking price!

Angela is a great realtor! I recommend her to everyone. In fact, I spoke so highly of her that my daughter also used her when she bought a house. We really enjoyed working with Angela! When we were ready to list, she made great suggestions and worked with us to price it right. We sold high and fast with little negotiation (she took care of it all, getting us the best deal with little stress). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her! She's personable, honest and professional and she works hard for her clients.

Angela made our home buying experience amazing! She had extensive knowledge of the Kansas City area we were looking in, answered all our questions immediately, and really knew what she was doing. This was the first time we have purchased a home and she went above and beyond to explain the process and help us with everything we needed! We had a tiny (less than $100k) budget and had just moved to the area from out of state so we were stressed out about finding a family friendly neighborhood and a house large enough to accommodate our family. Angela was always respectful of our "wish list" and our budget. She introduced us to neighborhoods that fit our criteria in Kansas and Missouri and we ended up finding the perfect home because of her guidance. We will be using her again if we move and we've recommended her to other families in need of a Realtor as well.
