Well, I can say in the beginning. I like the company because they were consistent. But at this point, I'm disappointed. I need things fixed in the house. No return calls. I email left several messages things have gone downhill, but they know how to email me and remind me when the rent is due. Very interesting...
I would give this company ZERO stars if I could. The way Platinum Real Estate Holdings, especially landlord Anthony, handled my mother’s situation was not only unprofessional, but downright heartless. My mother is a stroke survivor with a heart blockage and a disability. While she was hospitalized having a defibrillator implanted to keep her heart functioning, this company heartlessly threw all her belongings out into the street — despite having proof that Anthony had told her she was allowed to stay. She tries to be a Bully, She tries to intimidate she tries her harassing methods and think you’re going to jump out of character with the things she does if you want a PEACEFUL, PROFESSIONAL and HONEST leasing company to deal with I suggest you go somewhere else!
