Horrible Communication skills
Don't like how I am being harassed through text and emails. Can't get water on until back water bill was paid and new meters has to be installed first. Talked with some very unprofessional lady.. So I literally had no more time to find a house. I finally picked one. I signed the lease didn't really read it. $100 late fee. You must purchase your own 65 gallon trash container will cost about $100.What will I do with this when my lease is up. After the phone call I'm guessing she was feeling some type of way. Excellent company ! Would recommend
Well, I can say in the beginning. I like the company because they were consistent. But at this point, I'm disappointed. I need things fixed in the house. No return calls. I email left several messages things have gone downhill, but they know how to email me and remind me when the rent is due. Very interesting...
