Didn't inform they don't take insurance, so paid 250 for first appointment. Doctor said insurance would reimburse. His secretary just told me they rarely do. There is obviously little communication between staff. The office never answers their phone. Say they would do adjustments over the phone, but instead wanted another 150 dollars. Their office address changed and was not informed until right before appt, so had to drive all the way to Scottsdale. Would not recommend if you have insurance.
