Platinum did a superb job on cleaning the mildew, “bug filth”, and general dirt/grime off of our home and covered deck. They paid attention to all of the details to mitigate any damage to plants, and sensitive surfaces. The professionalism displayed throughout the entire job was impressive. They did a great job on our house and driveway. Dark stains on the house. rust stains on the driveway, looked great after they were done. They came back afterr I got home to make sure I was happy with the job. I would definitely recommend. It was cool meeting Joe as well, no offense Lane, it was nice meeting you too. lol.

Just had Platinum PropertySolutions power wash the exterior of a flip house I’m working on in Grand Rapids. Outstanding work, I couldn’t be happier.! Years of neglect, grime, dirt, algae and moss all removed and gone, in just a couple of hours! They were even able to remove all the dead vines from the brick chimney! Great attention to detail. This company is very very good at what they do and are careful doing it. I’d hire them again in a heartbeat. AAA+++
