I have been with Platinum Property Management for 20 yrs…yes 20 yrs. The reason why was because of Becky and Brittany. They are the BEST property management company out there!! Whenever I have a problem with my rental home. They are on top of it ASAP. They have the problem resolved within 24 hrs-48 hrs. Now that is great service! Great people to work with
Becky was very responsive to every issue I identified and had things fixed immediately. She had to deal with a property owner that refused to fix a major, continual basement flooding issue and continually pressed them to fix the issue. Kept me informed of all discussions with the owner.
