They can change their name from Platinum to CAPROCK, but it's still the same shady company. As property owners, I would NEVER recommend anyone place their trust in this inept management company. ***DO NOT BE MISTAKEN, THIS IS THE SAME COMPANY AS CAPROCK PROPERTY MANAGEMENT*** (They had to change their name to ditch their negative reputation, I have started the process to add CapRock so I can leave the same review under that name) As a property management company, they allow ANYONE to live in their properties. In the past I wrote a good review on this company because I was new to them and tho I was treated rudely by the staff, the owner assured me that they were not always like that and it was because they were under pressure from rude and irresponsible tenants. The experience has been very very dismal, the people that work at this place are poor business people.
