I've used other cleaners before and expected the same mediocre results but Mike's work made a HUGE difference! Our off-white couch was filthy from kids and pets and looks great now. He also treated a red Gatorade stain on an area rug I though would never come out and it faded dramatically after the first treatment. He's coming back in a few days to do a post-treatment (free of charge) to remove it the rest of the way. Very kind and professional. Highly recommend.
I tracked axle grease onto my new carpet- I called Mike at Platinum. They got to my home in under 24 hours an after about an hour my carpet looked like new again!! Thanks to Mike and Rodney for the great service and reasonable price. WOW!

I have searched high and low for a carpet cleaning crew that was reasonable and could deal with pet odor. I have three dogs that when not paid attention too 100% will go in the house. Mike was able to get out the smell and the carpets felt softer afterwards. I can't thank them enough for the great job, they definately will be called back and referred to others.
