I would recommend PPCC. They did a great job yesterday cleaning my carpet and scotch guarding my carpet and upholstery.
RecommendedMike was very quick to respond to my email about cleaning our carpets and was able to fit us in to their busy schedule. Rodney and Chandler arrived early which was perfectly fine with me and they were in contact with me to let me know when they would be arriving. Rodney was extremely polite professional and friendly. They did an awesome job. I will be using them for all our carpet cleaning as well as the additional services they provide from here on out. I highly recommend them. Awesome job. Happy Thanksgiving!!
Platinum Professional Carpet Cleaning is the BEST floor cleaner I've ever used. Mike Summers, the owner, and his team do a phenomenal job every time I have used them. They have cleaned carpet, area rugs, and tile for me at different times over the years. Every clean comes out perfect. The customer service and professionalism can not be beat. These folks know how business is done. The service and price are AMAZING.

Not one aspect of the job was completed as I was informed it would be. Not one! From the contact from the company for the appointment, to the application of additional chemicals, to the actual carpet cleaning that was not done well, or even the company providing a receipt as requested multiple times. Horrible experience, and carpet was NOT cleaned well. I literally went back over by hand and was able to hand scrub small stains that were not removed by this “professional carpet cleaning” company.
I cannot say enough good things about this company! Mike is fantastic to work with - so friendly, helpful, and kind! We needed our carpets shampooed before putting our house on the market, and the date changed a couple of times. Without hesitation, Mike worked with me and even offered to leave us fans, booties for guests, and a carpet rake to make the staging process for our open house flawless! Their "Rug Spa" saved my expensive wool area rug. It was stained and had a terrible odor from my (sometimes) very bad doggies, and Mike and Crew restored it to where it looked (and smelled) brand new. I can't believe it is the same rug!
If there were a 6 star rating, Mike would get it. His service stands "Heads over Shoulders" above his competitors!
They have always done a great job for us. Clean and professional. Even locked up for me when they left.
