Really bad experience or should I say no experience with them. They made an appointment for 4 today and never showed or even called. Will never call them back or recommend them to anyone.

RecommendedI called and spoke to Cami about my pool problem and she scheduled a service call. Chris came and we discussed the problem and he fixed it.Yes! I would highly recommend platinum pools. 5 on a scale of 5! They were friendly, conscientious and on time.
Great Guys. Very professional and great at what they do. I highly recommend them for maintenance of your pool.
Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with them. They quoted me a price that is $100 less than the invoice. They said the chemicals were included and they charged $50 more for the service they said they were going to do. It is so hard to find good reputable companies anymore. :( Cami was less than professional when trying to work it out. I would recommend you get their quote in writing before agreeing to do business with them.

I'm sorry you feel that way Howie. We did quote you the cost to close your pool with the additional cost for water features. Chemicals are always additional since all pools are different sizes they require different chemicals. We would love to flat rate chemicals but it isn't fair to all of our customers. We believe it is best to only charge for the chemicals we actually use as opposed to charging an average per pool.
