RecommendedPlatinum Pools has been the service provider for the fountain in Resurrection Cemetery for a few years now. The Catholic Cemeteries and I have been very pleased with the level of service we have been given. I hope to continue a long relationship with them.

This has got to be the worst service ever! They did a good job when they showed up last year but now... We have been told they’ll be here first thing tomorrow morning for 3 days. Now it’s 1pm and he says they’ll be here Monday! All this after they were supposed to be here first week of June and never showed. I guess a guy did finally show up Thursday around 3:30 (supposed to be here Tuesday morning) spent most of his time standing around. The pace at which he did anything was so slow it was painful.
