I saw Kim over a number of months for knee pain. Although she did prod my back (not my knee) during the initial consultation she seemed so sure of her diagnosis that she felt it completely unnecessary to investigate further despite my telling her there was no improvement over the months. After this time, I decided to cut my losses and went to another physio who found the problem (in my knee not my back) and was able to provide some immediate improvement even after the first visit. The team at Platinum Physiotherapy are professional and extremely helpful. Gary is thorough, courteous and has been a great help with my injury. The wide variety of stretches and exercises Gary has and continues to give me has been great. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Platinum Physiotherapy.

Kim is an amazing and very knowledgeable physiotherapist. She has helped me multiple times with different pain issues and taught me valuable skills to help understand the origins of my pain and what to do to help myself. I would give 10 stars if that was possible ✨️

No customer service at all. I called to say I was 10 minutes late to an appointment that I waited for 3 weeks. They requested a $50 deposit when booked. Called them saying I was 10 min late and Paige said that 20 min app won’t be enough time, specially because I asked that I need them To assess my shoulder and my foot -soy that’s why they give only 30 min app to a new patient?????
