Shocking. I paid a deposit before the appointment. After the appointment, they sent me an invoice for the entire bill. I called and they explained they would refund the deposit once I paid the entire invoice, which I did. Two weeks later they still have not refunded the deposit, and I have to chase them for it again. The womens health physio was very expensive and not very knowledgeable or tailored to my needs.

Thanks for your help this year Kim. Net result, walking including up/down steps pain free. Big improvement to life! Bushwalk this morning...fun!

I saw Kim over a number of months for knee pain. Although she did prod my back (not my knee) during the initial consultation she seemed so sure of her diagnosis that she felt it completely unnecessary to investigate further despite my telling her there was no improvement over the months. After this time, I decided to cut my losses and went to another physio who found the problem (in my knee not my back) and was able to provide some immediate improvement even after the first visit. The team at Platinum Physiotherapy are professional and extremely helpful. Gary is thorough, courteous and has been a great help with my injury. The wide variety of stretches and exercises Gary has and continues to give me has been great. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Platinum Physiotherapy.

Kim is an amazing and very knowledgeable physiotherapist. She has helped me multiple times with different pain issues and taught me valuable skills to help understand the origins of my pain and what to do to help myself. I would give 10 stars if that was possible ✨️
