We have had issues with earwigs during the Summer months, and someone recommended that we call Platinum. They were flexible with our schedules and came by to spray our house before we had to work (around 7:30 AM). We have very busy schedules so this really impressed us! Within a day or two, all of earwigs that we found in our basement had died and we didn't have any issues with new ones all year long! We haven't seen a spider or any other bugs since either!
