I've used Platinum Pavers before to level my pavers around the pool on the lanai and they did a great job. I called them again to see if they would do a small job for me leveling some pavers outside my cage that had been impacted by tree roots. They were very responsive and came out and completed the work quickly and professionally. I would certainly use them again.
I bought a new home and after 6 months my pavers started sinking. I called Premium Pavers. They arrived on time and they walked me through their process. As I watched the work being completed it looks very good even all around. The employees were friendly and patient to answer questions about the project. The manager at the completion of the job went over work and assured me that they would come out if I needed any help. Thank you very much.
Platinum Pavers did a great job repairing our pavers and resand and seal! expertly done and very clean. I highly recommend them!!
I was very impressed. We had one paver that had sunk near the pool. They came and inspected it and made sure it wasn't a bigger problem. He also explained the settling timing of pavers and explained what would be required a few years down the road. Since I had some sand on hand he used it to fix the one paver for us and didn't even charge me for his time. We will definitely be contacting them in the future if there are any other issues.
Excellent work on our driveway! The team was punctual, professional, and delivered on time.
