I’ve been going to Platinum Nails for six years, and there’s a reason I’ve never gone anywhere else. Tina and John are wonderful owners, and the salon stays busy because they have loyal regulars and provide great service. They will take walk-ins if they are slow, however that rarely happens. Call to make an appointment for this location. Normally, I have great service from Tina and Vincent, and the owner of this establishment would not take walk-ins would not make an appointment very rude unprofessional and does not care about the nail technicians having people there so they can make money. He said they’ve never taken walk-ins when it point blank says on their door and on their business cards did they do take walk-ins? What a lovely experience! I got a builder gel Mani (only $50!) and a pedi. Place is super cute, super clean, and very easy to book. Staff was so kind and did a great job. Definitely recommend, especially since it's hard to find good builder gel places.
Andrew was amazing! He genuinely cared for our services and gave my mom helpful information about her toes and helped fix ingrown nails that a previous salon had caused. He was very nice and fun to talk to. Wish we lived here so we could go back all the time! Very clean location.
Ive been going to Platinum Nail Spa since I moved to Brevard in 2021! All of the techs are extremely talented! John and Tina are both fantastic! I can be really picky when it comes to my nails and John is always happy to make any changes for me! For a pedicure- highly recommend Vincent for a good massage and polish that’s lasts forever!
