Not happy. Took phone in for phone screen repair. First one faulty not his fault. Organised for me to comes back and try again didn't charge me. Perfect. Until I brought it back and he damaged the back of my phone taking the case off. Proceeds to hand me back my phone with the back screen still damaged. Will not be coming back. Always come back to this place for years now. His done my note9, S22Ultra & now my S23Ultra. Screen protectors always last the longest he has great attention to detail. Asked for a quote for a broken screen replacement. Gave me a quote but very rude and disrespectful. Flatly refused (rudely) to give me a timeline to fix the screen. As a customer I don't see what the hang up is to ask follow-on questions. He apparently answers questions only if you commit to getting his service. Phone express on the same floor answered all my questions and I'm going to get my phone fixed by them even though they're $30 dearer than platinum mobile.
