I have been a patient of Dr. Sitham for almost 15 years.The receptionist very rude and doesn’t answer calls on time and keeps you on hold. Over all the doctor is very uncooperative and gives wrong diagnosis. I highly don’t recommend this doctor as she is very disastrous.
The receptionist is quite rude and difficult to deal with. She often speaks over me, repeats herself without actually listening, and makes it hard to get my message across. It could be a communication issue, but it mostly feels like she just doesn’t listen to patients. Long wait times over phone make the experience even more frustrating.
Been a client of the Clinic for over 15 years. Doctors have been good, but the front desk staff and especially the office manager are all quite disrespectful. I called out the office manager on his disrespectful behaviour, and after that he denied me healthcare by refusing me access to my family physician Dr. Pinella B. No notice, nothing.
