Best medical clinic
This clinic makes accessing care unnecessarily hard. Long hold times, poor communication, and unprofessional front desk interactions are common. Booking appointments feels chaotic and discouraging. The doctor provides very limited availability and does not offer collaborative care. Concerns are met with judgment rather than discussion of options. This clinic does not feel patient-centered and is not somewhere I would recommend.
Disorganized and difficult clinic. Phone calls involve long holds and being transferred multiple times just to book an appointment. Front desk staff are often impatient and dismissive, which makes the process stressful. Doctor availability is limited and inconsistent, and appointments feel rushed and unhelpful. Concerns are often brushed off or blamed on lifestyle rather than addressed with practical guidance. Overall, I would not recommend this clinic.
I would give a 0 star if I could… Very frustrating and unprofessional clinic. Calls are immediately put on hold for 10+ minutes, and even once answered I’m repeatedly placed on hold or transferred around. The receptionist is rude, impatient, and once even commented that my reason for booking an appointment wasn’t “good enough.” It often feels like I’m begging just to be seen. I’m perplexed by the amount of negative reviews this clinic has. I have been with doctor lall for over 20 years, before she had her own practice. I’m insanely lucky enough that she has taken on my two children as their doctor as well. Are there occasionally issues with the front desk? Sure. Are there wait times more often than not? Yes.
