STAY AWAY If I could leave negative stars, it would still be to high for "Platinum" Maid. The customer service, or lack thereof, is atrocious. I cannot believe the manner in which they treat their customers. I wish I read the yelp reviews first and ignored the very likely fake award from www.top10maidservices.com (which is probably owned by them). I strongly suggest staying away from this company.
So Disappointing. Platinum Maid Service was unreliable, unaccommodating, and had very poor customer service. Not only did they not come during the scheduled time, but they also failed to notify anybody that they would be unable to come on the scheduled day at all. They were unwilling to come during my first available alternative time, which meant that I had to reschedule our tenant's move-in, and they offered no concessions for my wasted time and inconvenience.
