I booked an appointment for a line-up because there was no option on the website to book a taper. Based on my experience with other barbers, a line-up typically includes trimming the hair around the areas being lined up, so I expected that to be part of the service. When I sat down, the barber informed me that he would only line up my hair and would not cut it down or provide a taper.
