They provided us a detailed report and discovered problems in our home that helped us negotiate a good price when it came time to make an offer. What was even more impressive was that 10 months after moving in, my Wife called Kenny about a possible leak in our wall and he was in the area and conduced a short inspection free of charge. Very happy with Platinum!
