Vicki and the Platinum Group came recommended to my parents when it was time for to sell our family home. Living 2+ hours away from my parents, it was nice knowing Vicki was there locally to help them get the house ready to sell. Vicki's resources and connections made the part of moving my parents dreaded (light renovations, packing, etc.) pretty painless. Wow....what a team! Vicki worked with us through all phases of selling our home from staging in the beginning to hiring contractors after inspection. Vicki is driven to sell homes and such a pleasure to work with in all respects. If at any time Vicki was not available the moment she was needed, then Karyn was there to fill the gap.
